Meet Rob Huff, a down-to-earth Midwesterner with a love for engines, auctions, and finding the perfect home for his clients. Born in Danville, Illinois, Rob made Gardner, Kansas, his home in 2004, bringing with him a strong work ethic, a love for helping people, and a passion for real estate.

After spending 20 years in law enforcement, Rob knows a thing or two about keeping things in order. Now in his third year as a licensed realtor in Kansas and Missouri, he’s focused on helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with full transparency and honesty. He specializes in southern Johnson County and rural properties with land, where the open space and quiet countryside offer a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Rob understands firsthand how overwhelming buying a home can feel—he still remembers purchasing his first home and all the unknowns that came with it. That’s why he’s committed to educating his clients, ensuring they feel informed and confident at every stage. If he doesn’t know an answer, he finds it. If something about a home doesn’t sit right, he shares his honest opinion and experience. A Family Man with a Need for Speed

Rob has been married to his beautiful wife, Kristi, since 2004, and together, they have three amazing kids—Brayde, Cody, and Ashlyn—who keep them busy with softball and soccer. When they’re not at the ball field, the Huff family loves vacationing in Mexico, soaking up the sun on sandy beaches.

When Rob isn’t working with clients, you can find him in his mancave garage, where he enjoys restoring cars and working with a local auctioneer on weekends, uncovering hidden treasures in junk shops and craft shows. His love for auctions even extends to volunteering at charity events across the metro.
