I’ve called Kansas home my whole life! 43 years in Overland Park! And nearly 20 in Gardner. Before real estate, I studied education because I’ve always loved helping people learn and grow. That same heart for guidance is what drew me to real estate — where I could combine flexibility, family, and the joy of helping others find their place.

After 11 years in the industry, I’ve learned that every transaction is really about connection. I’m the kind of Gardner Realtor who believes honesty and communication can fix almost anything, even when lender hiccups threaten to derail a closing! My calm, steady approach and local expertise help buyers and sellers stay confident from start to finish.

Life Outside the Listings

I’ve been married to my best friend for 20 years, and we have five kids who keep life interesting (and loud). Add one dog, Lucy, and three cats to the mix,  and our house is always full of energy and love. When I’m not with clients, I’m active in New Life Community Church and NLCA School, or spending quiet time reading and shopping for a little self-care.

What Matters Most
